Senior Delivery Consultant

Job Summary: Responsible for the Classify360 deployments including design, implementation, test, and rollout for post-Sales delivery. Serve as a technical thought leader within the Service Delivery team and the wider organization. Collaborate with internal Sales engineering and external customer design/delivery teams to design, implement and document Classify360 solutions for their clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own overall technical responsibility for Post-Sales Classify360 deployments and engagements.
- Design implementation strategies for data discovery, modeling, analysis, and remediation to solve client data challenges.
- Provides configuration, documentation, deployment, and top-level support ownership of the Classify360 platform.
- Collaborates with the VP, Security & Service Delivery to design, productize, and document the Classify360 services being delivered by Congruity360.
- Generate, maintain, and grow relationships with customer teams.
- Be exceptionally confident with communicating system architecture, configuration options, and other technical and functional details to the customer project team, ranging from executives (CIO, CISO), management, IT admins/engineers, and data stewards.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Displays professionalism, quality service and a “can do” attitude to internal members and teams within Congruity360 as well as external clients and partners.
Minimum Technical Qualifications:
The candidate will have strong to expert knowledge of and in-depth experience with multiple technology areas including the following:
- Enterprise search Lucene/Solr, including a deep understanding of their architecture, features, and functionalities. Should be well-versed in designing, developing, and maintaining search applications using these technologies.
- The candidate should have experience administering Solr deployments, including installation, configuration, security setup and monitoring. They should be familiar with tools and techniques for monitoring system health, performance metrics and query analysis.
- Operating systems: should have comprehensive knowledge and experience working with Windows and Linux. They should be familiar with system administration tasks, file management, command-line interfaces and troubleshooting common issues
- Programming languages: the candidate should be proficient in one of more programming languages such as Java Python or C++, writing efficient and maintainable code, understanding data structures and algorithms, and have experience with software development best practices
- Databases: the candidate should have a strong understand of database concepts and experience working with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL or MS SQL). They should be able to design and optimize database schemas, write complex queries and understand database management and performance tuning.
- Deployment and Scaling on Kubernetes: The candidate should be experienced in deploying applications on Kubernetes using manifest files, Helm charts, or other deployment tools. They should be skilled in configuring and managing application deployments, including defining resources, environment variables, and secrets. They should also have expertise in scaling applications on Kubernetes, both horizontally and vertically, to meet changing demands.
- Web Technologies: The candidate should be familiar with web application architectures, and interacting with RESTful APIs
- Version Control: Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) is essential. The candidate should be comfortable with branching, merging, resolving conflicts, and collaborating with other team members using version control tools.
- Networking: A strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols (e.g., TCP/IP), and network troubleshooting is important. The candidate should be able to configure network settings, diagnose connectivity issues, and have knowledge of load balancing and security practices.
- Problem-Solving and Debugging: An experienced candidate should possess excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. They should be able to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and efficiently resolve technical problems.
Functional Qualifications:
The candidate should have direct experience with the following:
- Information Governance (IG), records management, enterprise search, data classification, compliance, or eDiscovery
- GDPR, CCPA, NYDFS, HITRUST, and other security and privacy frameworks
- Information security, data security, cyber security
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills as necessary to communicate and coordinate with others on both routine and non-routine matters.
- Experience in fast-paced and high intensity delivery organizations with attention to detail and sensitivity to confidential and proprietary information.
Education:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Cloud certifications a plus (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Technical certifications a plus
Experience:
8+ years’ experience in relevant technology and business skills as detailed above.
